Manic Monday Minute is a serious mind dump that will probably take you one minute to read. Here are some thoughts going through my mind right now…
This is the Manic Monday Minute…
- Wow my back hurts! I don’t know what I did to it today.. but I’m having a really hard time walking tonight.
- Glad I have physio tomorrow!
- Last weeks Family Camp was neither great nor terrible for me.
- It was weird not having Jen there all day (she had to work 8-4 each day) so it was kinda boring having to parent all day.
- The teaching was amazing at camp, Kirk Wellum (of TBS) and Jim Clemens (of Port Perry Baptist Church) By Wednesday you will be able to download them Here.
- Today I decided it would be a good idea to do a little Mod on my MacBook.. my Apple logo is now blue.. it looks great.. but my iSight isn’t working.. I think I loosened the cable..
- It’s a good thing I have other webcams around.. we use them to chat with the fam back on the east coast.. so there are always spares lying around.. just in case..
- I finally found a messenger bag that I really like.. sadly it’s out of stock, so I’ll have to wait.. they have the medium version of it at Future Shop.. thats how I know I like it!
- Our Sunday “Family Movie Night in the Park” has been going really well. We’ve been averaging around 60 people, which is a great success for events at the Arts Centre!
- I finally got around to taking some photos of my new guitar. You can see them here.
- The past few nights I haven’t been able to sleep.. not sure why.. but I’ve been laying in bed awake until 4am.
- Summer so far has been awesome! Montreal in June, camp in July, East Coast in August! going to be great.
- Our regular Admin Assistant Jessica is back in the office, after a year of mat leave… it’s great to have her back with the team.
- When you look at my sidebar on the right.. it looks like I’ve sold out.. part of it is because I have, and the other part of it is simply that I really like the groups/products I’m affiliated with.. now go buy the stuff!
- I finished “Jesus Loves You This I Know” by Craig Gross this past month. Great book! I recommend you go get it.
- Half way through “Youth Ministry 3.0″ right now.. it’s been pretty good so far.

- This weekend we’ve got our big Skate Park Festival.. its a all day competition for skate, inline and bmx.. there will also be entertainment and fireworks… come check it out.. some amazing talent.
- The past few weeks at Madoc Baptist have been different worship band wise, as a lot of us were away at camp.. things will be back to normal this coming Sunday though.. excited to get back at it.
